Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Nesthood. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nesthood, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Use of Service

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, including creating listings, joining communities, and messaging other users, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nesthood. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information
  • Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination
  • Violate any community rules or guidelines
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape other users
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Community Participation

When joining or creating communities, you agree to abide by the rules and guidelines established by each community. Community administrators have the right to moderate content, remove members, and enforce community-specific rules. Nesthood reserves the right to remove communities that violate our terms or pose a risk to our users.

Community administrators are volunteers who help moderate their communities. While admins have responsibilities to enforce community rules and report violations, they are not legally liable for the actions of community members. Individual users remain solely responsible for their own conduct and compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Community Administrator Responsibilities

If you serve as a community administrator, you agree to:

  • Enforce community rules and these Terms of Service within your community
  • Moderate content and remove listings or posts that violate our Terms or community guidelines
  • Review and respond to member reports of violations in a timely manner
  • Report illegal activity, prohibited items, or serious violations to Nesthood immediately
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for community members
  • Not abuse your administrative privileges or engage in discriminatory practices

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in removal of administrative privileges or account suspension. However, community administrators are not legally liable for illegal activities conducted by community members. Individual users who engage in illegal activities remain solely responsible for their actions and may face legal consequences, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

3. Prohibited Items and Activities

You are strictly prohibited from listing, selling, or offering any of the following items or engaging in related activities on Nesthood:

Harmful and Dangerous Items

  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or any items designed to cause harm
  • Knives, blades, or sharp objects intended for use as weapons
  • Hazardous materials, chemicals, or toxic substances
  • Flammable, combustible, or explosive materials
  • Items that pose a safety risk to users or the public
  • Recalled products or items that have been deemed unsafe by regulatory authorities

Illegal and Regulated Items

  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, prescription medications, or drug paraphernalia
  • Stolen goods or items obtained through illegal means
  • Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized replicas of branded products
  • Items that violate intellectual property rights, including copyrighted or trademarked materials
  • Items that violate export or import regulations
  • Items subject to trade restrictions or embargoes

Restricted and Regulated Products

  • Alcohol, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or vaping devices (unless legally permitted in your jurisdiction)
  • Prescription medications, medical devices, or health supplements requiring medical supervision
  • Live animals, endangered species, or products derived from protected wildlife
  • Human remains, organs, or body parts
  • Items that promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence
  • Adult content, explicit materials, or age-restricted items not properly labeled

Fraudulent and Misleading Items

  • Items with false, misleading, or deceptive descriptions
  • Items that do not match their listed condition or specifications
  • Fake or fraudulent documents, IDs, or credentials
  • Items that are not as described or are materially different from the listing
  • Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing products, or get-rich-quick schemes

Prohibited Services

  • Escort services, prostitution, or any form of sexual services
  • Illegal gambling services or unlicensed betting
  • Services that facilitate illegal activities
  • Academic cheating services or selling of academic credentials

⚠️ Important Notice

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, removal of listings, and reporting to law enforcement authorities when appropriate. We reserve the right to remove any listing or content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or poses a risk to our community.

4. Transactions and Payments

Nesthood is a platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers within communities. We are not a party to any transaction between users. All transactions are solely between the buyer and seller.

No Refund Policy: Nesthood does not process payments or handle refunds. All transactions, payments, refunds, and disputes are handled directly between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for any financial losses, disputes, or issues arising from transactions between users.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the condition, authenticity, and legality of items before purchasing. We recommend meeting in person for transactions and inspecting items before payment. Always ensure that any item you purchase complies with local laws and regulations.

Transaction Safety: Exercise caution when conducting transactions. We recommend meeting in public places, bringing a friend when possible, and using secure payment methods. Nesthood is not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage that occurs during or as a result of transactions between users.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, including listings, images, messages, reviews, and community content. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nesthood and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to post any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or contact us to request account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, please contact us at the email address provided below.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nesthood, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
  • Any transactions between users facilitated through the Service
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

Nesthood is a platform that connects users within communities. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings, nor are we responsible for the conduct of users. All transactions are at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Nesthood does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service, and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nesthood and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, your violation of any term of these Terms, or your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nesthood operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
